Salie 66 offers complimentary UPS express shipping on all orders.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the same day.
Some orders may be subject to signature requirement upon delivery due to order value. UPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
When we fulfill your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders are shipped with UPS and are fully traceable on their website. Alternatively, you can refer to the “Orders” section of your account for general information about your order status. If you have any other questions about your order, you can always email us at email@example.com.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
You can return or exchange any item purchased from Salie 66 within 14 days of the delivery date.
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
Returns are processed at our warehouse once a week. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
To start a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line.
All accepted returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
